Waste of money and false advertising
This is an expensive up but the list of what it does is impressive. However in order to fully access each function you have to pay for an upgrade!
Subscription fail
I purchased the subscription deal through the App Store but because I had previously had an account it is not recognizing the new subscription. I have contacted McAfee support online & apple support and had no satisfactory outcome. I have not received any email from McAfee to confirm the subscription and the app is requiring a code to work.
They refuse to cancel your account and data they store on you
I cancelled my subscription and when I asked for my account to be deleted they refused. Piss poor service! They keep saying to go to Apple. They will not delete your account, they will not delete your data. It messed my wifi and my MacBook up. DONT DO IT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR DETAILS CANCELLED.
VPN says ON but is actually off
Why does the app show the VPN as being ON? It is off when I click through to double check.
No communication
I've been having $6.99 coming out of my account for while now seeking where it's coming from. I finally found out it was this app that I apparently purchased no recollection of purchasing however it's still a purchase that I still have not used because I was never contacted, or given any communication or any receipt of the usage of this particular app, hence lack of communication lack of the working lack of consideration, lack of notification so I'm yet to experience any good of this app. Hopefully it changes from today time will tell

Negative 5 stars I downloaded the app just to write a review for this company because of the constant harassment I got from them on my computer which has been going on for about 6-10 months at this point 😤 and that whole time it kept advertising “30% off” at this point some one should and most likely be able to sue you for false advertisement because now I’m convinced they lowered there price but continue to advertise it as “30% off”

You paid for one subscription it should be like two subclasses not pay $90 and then $70 and then you

Battery draining fast
Ever since I put McAfee on my iPhone the battery has been draining really fast even with my screen so dim & I have done everything technically possible to stop the battery from draining so fast but still my battery drains fast!!!
