I tried a thousand times to log in my juice after changing phone, called the bank 10 times, did everything they asked me to, cleared cash, uninstall and install again, take pictures in good light etc. waited one hour, then then whole night before trying again but it’s still not good. It’s only scanning my face and there’s no option to scan my ID. It’s very inconvenient.
