By analyzing your resume, target jobs, and guided conversations with AI, McCoy generates personalized career insights, tailored topics, compelling scripts, and practical suggestions that help clients, hiring managers, and recruiters clearly understand your value. It also recommends roles automatically—without the keyword gymnastics of a typical job board. ■ AI-Driven Professional Content: Upload your resume, share the jobs you’re targeting (now or later), and discuss your ambitions. McCoy suggests ideas and messaging tailored to you, so you can confidently and authentically communicate your skills, expertise, and value. ■ Automated Job Search: Relevant jobs appear based on what McCoy already knows about you. ■ Fit Summary + Gap Analysis: Compare job descriptions to your experience and get concrete ways to close gaps—including content ideas for your Reel. ■ Targeted Reels (Pro): Generate a custom Reel (topics, scripts, and suggested evidence) you can share with specific people and companies—or include with an application. ■ Teleprompter-Ready: Go from brainstorm to polished video in seconds with a built-in teleprompter and virtual backgrounds. ■ Show Evidence, Not Just Claims: In the age of AI, proof matters. Attach videos, audio clips, images, PDFs, and links to substantiate your experience—presented in a sleek, structured design. ■ Personalized Audience Control: Customize what specific people or companies see with Targeted Reels. Chat with McCoy about your audience and generate messaging designed to resonate with a particular person or company. ■ Get Notified: Know when your efforts are paying off. ■ Explore and Share: Discover professionals across industries and share your content across your favorite platforms. My IPhone is only 2 years old. -- PJ555038, 2024-07-31 ### *---- "It won’t let me upload a photo, so I can’t progress in the app" The app freezes every time I upload my photo -- justinethecurious, 2024-05-19 ### ***** "Dynamic Product" McCoy has developed the new age career and business networking product. Rooted in video and authentic content, McCoy should be the standard of which job seekers use to find new and interesting opportunities as well as showcase their own unique brand. Also, the product could develop into a very interesting tool for recruiters to find talent. Overall great app and excited to see how it grows over time with more users. -- Danny Yusen, 2024-05-09 ### ***** "Great Personal Branding Tool" I haven’t looked for an external job in ‘dog years’, so to say the game has changed, is an understatement. The app gave me a way to differentiate my profile and bring my personal brand to life. (…and yes, it can be uncomfortable to put yourself out there, but the app made it easier) -- kcooke18, 2024-04-01 ### ***** "Showcases the 'you' of your career" I love McCoy. This is definitely the ground floor for the future of hiring and professional networking. The video feature will give candidates a leg up. I wish I had this coming out of college and earlier in my career, and I'm thrilled it's here now. -- J. DeSantis, 2024-02-07 ### ***** "Amazing tool" I wish this app existed years ago but am so happy it’s here now. Research has always shown us that plain interviewing is not a good predictor of job efficiently, but this really feels like it solves that problem. Being able to screen candidates and get to know them via video reels before deciding to interview is really helpful. Also, the app itself is very user friendly and sleek. -- cristenj, 2024-01-21 ### ***** "Game changing app" An app focused on helping you take your career to the next level is an app every professional should have in their quiver -- KOOKS FOR THE WIN!, 2024-01-19 ### ***** "A Revolutionary Job App" A fresh and innovative new way to network & showcase your resume to new potential employers. Showcasing video over old-fashioned resumes this is clearly game-changer for a new generation of job seekers. With clean easy-to-use navigation McCoy truly feels like a unique & powerful platform that will make a real difference. Highly recommend! -- John Richards3, 2023-09-21 ### ***** "Incredible App" This is easily the best networking/job search app I’ve ever used. -- John Huss, 2023-09-20 ### ***** "Innovative" An innovative way to stand out from the crowd of job seekers. Whereas resumes are one dimensional, reels give your application a way to fully demonstrate your abilities, experience, and to show how you’d be the right candidate for a position. -- Priya HG, 2023-08-04 [View all McCoy reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## McCoy In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | McCoy Pro | $9.99 | ## McCoy Discovered Keywords -
