Id like to start by throwing some numbers out there: McDonald's made $25.49 billion in revenue in 2023, an increase from $23.18 billion in 2022. CEO makes 20M a year. The average worker makes $11 an hour to $14 an hour. Come on, we know that just having these apps on our phones is passive income to the McDonalds conglomerate. They just took away the $1.50 breakfast sandwiches coupon from it’s long-standing discount menu. We know that McDonalds serves nothing but penny processed foods, and it should match that in price. We need way more points, way more discounts, and a lot more coupon options, because when inflation has gotten so bad that you can’t afford McDonalds— That is a problem… The coupons and point system is the only reason I eat here. Guess its time to truly move on. McDonalds is McGreedy.
Slow and Crashes
The app is so incredibly slow. I will click it in the morning and it just sits there. I have to close and open it multiple times to try to get it to work. Seems like it makes you log in through email in a really cumbersome way.

Doesn’t work half the time
Honestly the app always had bad interface, seems most restraint apps do but whatever. For the last month or so, it takes 10+ minutes to open the app and I have to log in everytime. You know what’s faster than that? Using an app for a different restaurant. Also why is there not an option for less of something. Less ice, less sauce, etc. sometimes I don’t want none I just want a little bit, there’s an option for more, why not less?

Would be better if burgers/sandwiches had an option to add Big Mac sauce like there is for mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard…

Now that I’m a grandmother I find myself eating at my local McDonald restaurant the last one was fairlawn the sandwich was good maybe go easier on the mayonnaise !and try to serve the fries in a bag all by itself so they not pour out in bottom of bag and fill the container up . Take pride in your job enjoy working as a team and keep working on always better things and remember to always communicate with your employees not with a attitude .
Privacy Thieves Tracks you all day
This app tracks you even when you don’t use the app. Why do they need precise location. They are intrusive and are overstepping their boundaries. Approximate location allows me to have user privacy. This app is terrible for privacy.
