The location will suddenly change when you place the order vs the location you initially had it at. And then you can’t even cancel the wrong order after. (Order details page did not have a option to cancel. Cashier and I both could not find it) once you’re stuck there, you can’t even put in a new order on the app until that order clears. We are almost in 2025, seriously?

The app is fine but the only point was to use it for the deals. It used to be worth it to have the app scrape your data in return for the coupons/deals you would get, but sadly the “deals” aren’t worth it anymore. From 2019 to 2023 a consistent BOGO was offered on Quarter pounders and Big Macs. In 2024 it moved to $0.30, then $1 and now gone. The 20% off coupon was offered on a minimum spend of $6 during the same time frame. In 2024 alone the minimum spend bumped up to $10, then $12, then $15 and now $20. Same incremental increases or decreasing value for some of the other consistent coupons. I’m done playing their game of “how much more will you pay” as I give them my data. Deleted the app and will likely only eat here on rare occasions. The value just isn’t there. Their competitors have better offers. Bye Ronald.

I feel as though I’m in Mexico , most of the employees barely understand English nor do they speak English I don’t know how to give change every time I receive change. It’s either too much or too little. I can see why Chick-fil-A you don’t know burgers are doing so well McDonald’s is definitely in trouble.

Great App I just think it would be nice if u could purchase multiple items with your rewards points in one individual order because there something you earned for spending your hard earned cash so therefore I believe it should be treated as cash but other than that app is great
