The app didnt work about two months ago on my old phone. The re was only message: "Oops, something went wrong". I have installed the app just now on my new phone. The only thing I get is: "Oops, something went wrong." But I think I understand. People visit McD's anyway, so why you should bother to fix some useless app. What a shame.

The app is pretty good. But I think it could be more refined to really make sense to the customer. Table ordering is a great idea. However, I think the QR code listed on the table should be able to be retrieved from the phone's camera so that you don't have to search for the app on your phone. It should also automatically determine which restaurant and table I'm sitting at so I can start ordering right away. The last issue is the payment method, where I would expect the app to remember the preferred payment method. As it is now, it's not quite perfect and it's not a great simplification for the customer because it's annoying to enter all the data and it just takes too long. The last problem, which is not related to the app but to mcdonalds restaurants in the Czech Republic, is the self-service checkouts. Those devices save every mcdonalds a huge amount of money per year on staff. So why is the system running on computers with the power of a pocket calculator? Almost all devices are unreliable in their touch response, the system is choppy. The reluctance to invest a little more money for something that makes so much money and is used 24/7 is mind boggling to me. Another problem is a series of nonsensical offers. When the system is able to ask over and over again if I want something extra, if I want to contribute or tip. Combined with how non-fluent the system is, it's absolutely frustrating and makes me feel like someone in mcdonalds management has gone completely insane.

Bude to někdy fungovat na starších telefonech jako je IPhone 7 a starší? Už je to docela dlouhá doba kdy to nefunguje.

Zas a opět nefunguje, neustale pada, i pres opakovane vypnuti a zapnuti nefunguje, nejnovejsi aktualizaci mam a stejne nic

It's working fine. If I didn't have to choose a payment method over and over again for each order, I would be happier.

Ahoj, aplikaci jsem využíval naplno a byla fakn, ale po koupi nového telefonu vůbec nejde stáhnout. Píše “ooops, something went wrong” a kod D4-V17-35G-JYP.
