Ich habe mir ein Dessert bestellt, also würde ich es an den Tisch bringen. Eine Frau kommt herein und sagt, kommt runter und Holt eure Bestellung ab, sonst bin ich schon müde, wenn ich zu euch aufsteige, ich muss arbeiten!aber für mich ist es ihre Aufgabe, Aufträge zu bringen. Ich werde diesen Job auf keinen Fall abwerten, aber ich zahle Geld und möchte einen angenehmen Service.

It’s like from 80s
The app feels like it's from the 80s. Everything is very inconvenient, there are server errors, orders get reset, and there's no option to set a point on the map.

App require “download new verion”. New version require ios 16. And i can not download new. And can not use already installed. Stupid developers.

Terrible app
App has a terrible UX. You could redeem a coupon but nothing will be added to your bag. No points, no staff. Some of redeemed coupons just disappear without any warnings. Better order by cashier
