Trying everything but cant fix…. App doesn’t work and get some error code U1-IOB-YZZ-OXP

Приложение больше не работает
Было вроде хорошее приложение, но потом в какой-то момент перестало запускаться. Требует обновления, а обновление, в свою очередь, отказывается устанавливаться, требуя iOS 16 на телефоне. Пришлось удалить :(
App suggestions
Iam from Latvia and all suggestens not available in my country. Why do I even see them if I can’t buy it?
Locked my phone my
Made the app require a higher iOS version than my phone supports, out of the blue. Screw me, I guess. Every other app I use, does not mind my iOS in the slightest, so it's not like it was required.
WHY IS IOS16 REQUIRED TO RUN THIS APP
i can't update it because it requires ios16 but my phone supports to ios15.8.7
I accidentally shut down a mcdonalds trying to use it

не загружается программа, сервера на картошках выживают??? хочу сходить в мак и использовать купон, а приложение тупо не загружается, выдает ошибку что сети нет/ нужно обновить программу хотя все ок
