McDonald's, kot ena izmed največjih svetovnih verig hitre prehrane, nosi odgovornost do svojih strank in okolja. Kljub temu pa je opaziti pomanjkanje osnovnih dodatkov, kot so slamice in pokrovčki za pijače, kar resno vpliva na izkušnjo strank.

Prvič, pomanjkanje slamic negativno vpliva na uporabniško izkušnjo, še posebej za stranke, ki uživajo svoje obroke na poti ali v avtomobilu. Brez slamic je pitje iz McDonald's pijače lahko neudobno ali celo nevarno med vožnjo.

Drugič, pomanjkanje pokrovčkov za pijače lahko povzroči nezgode, kot je razlitje pijače ali nečistoča na površini za obedovanje. To lahko vodi do neprijetnih situacij za stranke in dodatnega dela za zaposlene, ki morajo čistiti. Poleg tega je lahko pomanjkanje pokrovčkov higienski problem, saj lahko omogoči, da se nečistoče ali insekti znajdejo v pijači.

Zdi se, da bi lahko McDonald's enostavno rešil te težave z zagotavljanjem dovolj slamic in pokrovčkov v svojih restavracijah. Poleg tega bi lahko spodbudili uporabo okolju prijaznih alternativ, kot so biološko razgradljive slamice in pokrovčki, ki bi zmanjšali negativne vplive na okolje.

V skladu s svojim sloganom "I'm lovin' it", bi moral McDonald's poskrbeti za udobje in zadovoljstvo svojih strank ter hkrati prispevati k ohranjanju okolja. Pomanjkanje osnovnih dodatkov, kot so slamic in pokrovčki, pa kaže na pomanjkanje skrbi za stranke in okolje, kar je razočarajoče za tako veliko in vplivno podjetje.

App doesn’t have the function to go back, for example pressing on an item from the menu it takes you to said items description, yet there is no option to go back to the items list (menu). You need to close the whole app to start anew or literally go out of it and search for items again (switching from menu to QR code). it’s a lot of work, and it’s unpractical. I hate it.
