Trying to order. Wants to send a validation code It has the correct email address but after the 4 th attempt to get a code, I’ve given up. Useless You must deliver what you promise !! This style of sloppy management will lose you customers

McDonalds IT must be a bit stupid
Now the app requires iOS 16.0 but die to an older model I can only upgrade to 15.8. Clever people at McDonalds. Bye bye then

i hate using this app to order food! i’ve only used it twice now and both times I’ve had missing items and trying to get in touch with anyone to report is terrible. Won’t be using it again shame you can’t use your points elsewhere. Uber eats deals with things better.
