Why isnt the non-US application supported by MORE languages than just the local one?

Discouraging to customers, even visiting or now residing elsewhere!

Case in point - Portugal. It -only- supports Portuguese, yet the restaurants support PT and EN ( and other languages now).

Please add alternative language capabilities to non-US application in a drop down menu. 

Also, the app didn’t work in Switzerland or France! Even with a code, employees said it won’t work.
