This app tajes an unreasonably long time to load to the point where I will try to get to my code as fast as I can to just type it in to the kiosk. It really needs to be optimized to reduce traffic unless MCDs intends to start offering less flaky wifi. Otherwise it’s basically impossible to complete a pickup order and I just eat somewhere else if I get a pickup only offer.

The app holds onto your orders now even after you complete them so then when you want to order again you have this old order hanging around that you have to go and cancel first. It’s super annoying and never happened before.

Good offers, would be nice if they add easier access to the app for seniors. Either a card they can use. Or link it to their phone number if they have a hard time on using emails. Takes a while to sign up a senior and some times they don’t know how to log into their email to make an account. Also allow stores to make their own offers to improve what metrics they need to improve on.

Dumb design, it makes you pay and think the order is in but the app won’t place the order until you’re physically at the location. So you still have to wait for your order. Oh and it makes you pay twice btw

Can you fix your dumb app ? The app crashed every time when I ordered on the phone and I cannot open it once at the store … what’s the point

Ready to delete the app. The second I open it, the App always places an order for me without my input or permission. FIX THAT PLEASE so I can see menu, review my points and generally not worry about the app placing an order that I don’t want ! Can someone get back to me. I can’t find a help section or faq for this issue.

Don’t trust McDonald’s app because if you put another address and sometimes the delivery drivers are lazy, they’re gonna say that they delivered your food but they never did and they’re gonna take your money and when you call a McDonald’s they don’t give you a refund so guys be cautious of your delivery driver is at McDonald’s because they do not give your money back

I’m at extremely disappointed with the McDelivery portion of this app. The app works fine for me during pickup orders, but everything I get delivery through this app something goes wrong! I’m missing items from my order each time. It takes an hour to get to our house (which is no kidding a 5 min drive, my fault for being lazy I guess), and the food is disgustingly cold. I place no blame on DoorDash (or the driver) as they have no problem with delivering food from this McDonalds in a reasonable amount of time. It’s only when I use THIS app, my order is basically a waste of money. I usually let these things slide and give the benefit of the doubt, but for a corporation as big as MCDONALD’S, they shouldn’t be having these issues. Did I forgot to mention that their customer support for McDelivery is in my opinion deceiving. You have to navigate through various tabs/links to even find a way to contact anyone. Then you are led to a phone number to call to fix your order. This is fine, but why hide the number to make it frustrating enough for the customer to say forget it? It’s strange how on the DoorDash app you can chat with support via instant message, but you cannot do the same on this app. Overall, very disappointed with McDelivery, higher prices for delivery items, longer wait times than if you were to order through a different delivery service, missing items that ended up costing you more, difficult to reach customer support and borderline inedible food.

The app won’t let me order from my local McDonalds because apparently I don’t live in the town I live in, fix this problem but for now I’m going to be ordering from Domino’s
