It really needs to be optimized to reduce traffic unless MCDs intends to start offering less flaky wifi. I’m missing items from my order each time. It takes an hour to get to our house (which is no kidding a 5 min drive, my fault for being lazy I guess), and the food is disgustingly cold. I place no blame on DoorDash (or the driver) as they have no problem with delivering food from this McDonalds in a reasonable amount of time. It’s only when I use THIS app, my order is basically a waste of money. I usually let these things slide and give the benefit of the doubt, but for a corporation as big as MCDONALD’S, they shouldn’t be having these issues. Did I forgot to mention that their customer support for McDelivery is in my opinion deceiving. You have to navigate through various tabs/links to even find a way to contact anyone. Then you are led to a phone number to call to fix your order. This is fine, but why hide the number to make it frustrating enough for the customer to say forget it? Regular priced value meals are far from a value and are not worth stopping for.
