Hello. When using this app everything works well except when I go to a restaurant that has table numbers. If I pick table 14, the app forces me to put 3 characters instead of just two, (example, 140, instead of just 14) leading to confusion with the food delivery to the table. Please fix this. Thanks.

When I downloaded the app, I didn’t get the option to chose my country. This really made me mad. Then the app glitches out and I didn’t even get a chance to try and even set it up. I’m never downloading this app again.

Last time I ordered using the app, I requested to pick up in-store, rather than waiting for them to deliver it to my car in their parking. Unfortunately, after waiting for over 15 minutes for my order to be ready, I was going to go inside, when I noticed that the store was closed to the public inside. We tried changing the order to drive-through pick up, but the line was so long and we had already waited so much that we decided to cancel the order. That was 11/14/24, today 11/20/24, instead of getting my refund for the cancelled order, I got charged $8.61 while at work. There is no order in the app for this amount, the last order was the one mentioned previously on 11/14. I was checking on the orders and noticed that another prder that had an issue a month prior was still pending, even though we got the order back then. I cancelled this order, and got charged instantly $18.01 for this order that was completed and paid for a month ago. Safe to say that I’m getting this resolved and deleting my account with them.

Los cupones y los descuentos son buenos

Me encanta la aplicación pero cuando llego al restaurante no tienen lo que ordené y no me hacen reembolso. Mi reembolsos nunca llegaron.

This app worked great until February 2023 at which time they blocked the use of USA credit cards (maybe others). This year they have now also added validation of a +57 phone number and you can’t change the country code. If you don’t have a Colombian phone number and don’t have a Colombian credit/debit card, they do NOT want your business. Please go to a business that is not so isolated and restrictive with their use of technology, they’ve literally gone back in time and ruined a once-great app to use in Colombia.
