Extremely laggy and buggy. Every time it tries to reorder last order and the staff have to rectify. Only reason I use the app is for the points but it’s an awful experience every time.

Waste of money when they put mayo all over your food when you didn’t want it Add the option to cancel my food idiots.

This app just doesnt work since update, codes dont generate, viewing menu takes me to a map of UK which then freezes and like other food apps i use, when inside or just outside restaurant the app doesnt refresh, almost....intentially 🙈

App doesn’t let me put code in for free food app is horrible I got the code off my fry container n it don’t work !!!!!!!! And your big Mack’s are horrible I will not be buying anything from macdonalds again you are. A horrible app I hate u McDonalds and that’s y your chips are stale and your McFlurrys have no Oreo’s KFC is better !!!! Don’t shop here shop atKFC they have chicken and better prices here is trash and their chicken is processed 🤢🤮🤮

My address comes up with the wrong postcode. Delivery drivers keep getting lost and going to wrong address. It doesn’t give the option to modify the postcode on the app.

This has to be the worst app I have ever come across in 30yrs of working in IT There is a simple phrase in IT, - make it simple stupid! Can never complete an order and it cannot recognise my address right opposite the rail station….!
