Only program that has lasting results
I’ve tried a million workout program and diet fads, and this app is the only thing that keeps my body conditioned and not only conditioned, but RIPPED. People are always asking what I do to stay in shape; and when I tell them they are so surprised. I can imagine an MMA champion workout app seems intimidating, but if you stick with this and just give the best effort you have, after 3 weeks of dedication you will feel different, and at the end of the program everyone will be asking YOU what you’re doing to look so much better.

This app is truly remarkable I love it because it’s not like other apps where there is so much you don’t even know where to start this app has exactly what you need training programs essential meals workout sessions etc I’ve been using the weight cut program and I love it the workouts are intense as they should be and they bring the best out of you and on resting days they have good light workouts to keep the body moving Amazing app price and brings the best out of you 10/10 for me
