Request a consult – Open the McLarenNow App and request a consult, provide medical history and pay for the consult. Your McLarenNow account is also available online at McLarenNow.org or toll-free at 855-760-2145.

Talk to a doctor – Within minutes, a state-licensed doctor reviews your medical history and contacts you via phone or video. McLarenNow consults have no time limit; you can speak to the doctor for as long as you’d like. 

Pick up prescription – The doctor discusses the issue with you, answers questions, and recommends next steps. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted to a local pharmacy of your choice.

I was out of town and developed an upper respiratory infection. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic but the prescription never made it to the pharmacy. I’ve called every day and have gotten a runaround being told they would put a ticket in to get it fixed and every day nothing happens. I’d give them zero starts if that was an option here. Next time I’ll just have to endure a walk in clinic, at least they actually give you the prescription at the end of the visit.
