Only header loads. -- Noth@nkyou, 2025-09-08 ### ***** "Great App, Even Better Supply Company" Every engineer should have this app for plant design/maintenance. But it’s the company behind the app that is really special. The best customer service you will ever experience. Pick up a phone and call them. You will get a live person who is knowledgeable and willing and able to help. -- rednebmb, 2024-06-29 ### ****- "Good app but needs some refinements" The simple catalog layout and graphical interface is easy to understand and well categorized. It is similar to their website layout. However, the navigation in the app is a bit confusing at times. The navigation tools are at the bottom right of the corner of the screen which is awkward locations. It also doesn’t work half the time. Every other app has it at the top left of the screen. The app could benefit from having a toolbar or ribbon for easier navigation. For every hardware folder you click on, it should make a new tab showing the category name every time one is clicked on. Some hardware items have many subcategories and it would be nice to see the path I used to get to a particular item. Some other things to note is it is a little buggy, like the screen would shift slightly for some reason. And occasionally it would freeze and not respond to touch, forcing me to restart the app and losing my progress searching for parts. -- Omegadoomship, 2024-06-22 ### ****- "Great app and company." Great, easy to use app and McMaster-Carr has Greta service. For me living in Pa and their warehouse being in Ohio, I get my orders the next day. My new go to for hardware. -- JPMike, 2023-08-29 ### ***** "Superior" Great customer service, straightforward, no nonsense, website! Love it. Most items arrived next day. McMaster Carr is what Granger wishes it could be. I’m always shocked at how few people know of this superior supply company. -- 6bird4, 2023-05-25 ### ***** "Incredible, simply the best!" Everything about McMaster Carr is exemplary. Please add Apple Pay as a payment option. -- AsyaCarrino, 2023-03-23 ### ***** "Legendary app" This is how you make an app. Really amazing and even better than their legendary catalog. I only wish I lived near a distro center cause the shipping can be prohibitive for a hobbyist. -- Jack Isidore, 2023-02-22 ### *---- "Once Great" McMaster Carr was once a great company. Used to be next day arrival. Now it’s hit or miss if you get your order. Not worth paying the outrageous prices when you can get it a 1/3 of the cost and actually get it the next day from Am*zon. And they carry just about everything McMaster does now. Guess they couldn’t keep up. No place to go but up I guess. -- Tdawgg611, 2022-10-18 ### ***** "Superior app & service" I've been purchasing items from McMaster-Carr for decades. The shopping experience has always been first class, even before the app. With the app, I'm able to quickly narrow down the specific item I need and get it ordered. I'm relatively close to their warehouse so shipping is always just one day. Awesome. -- Mfed55, 2022-08-17 [View all McMaster-Carr reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## McMaster-Carr Discovered Keywords - supply - industrial - mcmaster-carr ## Apps Similar to McMaster-Carr - [Menards®](https://apptail.io/app/menards-Zkb/united-states) - [SupplyHouse](https://apptail.io/app/supplyhouse-wCw/united-states) - [OpticsPlanet.com](https://apptail.io/app/opticsplanetcom-fZG/united-states) - [Tractor Supply](https://apptail.io/app/tractor-supply-BHtb/united-states) - [Harbor Freight Tools](https://apptail.io/app/harbor-freight-tools-CHtb/united-states) - [W.W.
