## MCNB Banks Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### **--- "App Issues"
My family has always used MCNB. Good people, good bank, terrible app. App continuously says we can’t log in & we have had to change our password countless times. Very frustrating.
-- jriffe13, 2024-06-21

### ***-- "One glaring flaw..."
The "occasional" need to manually log in with ID and password vs. using Face ID is more like every few days. And after the "occasional" required manual login you have to turn Face ID on again. This is extremely irritating.
-- Tattoo_Vampire, 2024-01-28

### ***** "Excellent app"
Great control of my personal banking: I can freeze my debit card if needed; I can deposit checks; I can send $ easily with Zelle; and much more!
-- Bethie72blue, 2023-03-27

### *---- "Wont open"
Wont open past mcnb screen
-- justjess1994, 2022-06-20

### *---- "Frozen"
The app will load the first page and nothing else. I’ve rebooted numerous times. Can’t not delete the app to reinstall on iPhone 13 pro max. Frustrating
-- Just4alilfun, 2022-06-18

### *---- "Won’t open"
This app won’t open after I’ve closed it, restarted my phone, and finally deleted and reinstalled. Still nothing.
-- LucyBLB, 2022-06-17

### *---- "Stop working"
Can’t get the app to work it’s work great for me for years but the last week it won’t open passed the MCNB screen……PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!!!
-- lil Mama_Mad@sHell, 2022-06-17

### ****- "Review"
Very handy and flawless UI. Easy and great to use
-- Jughead105, 2022-05-15

### *---- "Poor Quality"
I just don’t know what to say, this app is just terrible. I have a couple other banking apps and never, never had the problems that this one seems to keep coming up with.
-- khgfryfr, 2021-09-27

### *---- "Login Error"
It’s been months since I’ve been able to log in via IOS app. Contacted tech support and I kid you not, they said it was just something I had to deal with. In the email the guy admitted that he has issues with the app sometimes. May have to look for a new bank.
