This app consistently tells me I’m not within the test window. The history tab has every test within the required timeframe. This app needs to be fixed. I get daily calls stating I’m out of compliance. Fix it!

When I first got this app it worked great. Now not so much. To enter 1 INR I had to enter it 9 times. For me this is a truly live or death matter. I have had a stroke, I don’t want another. I just want it to work right. Please fix this ASAP!!!!! I have deleted and reinstalled app, I have turned my phone off and back on. And still doesn’t work the way it use to.

Since the latest update, I have a stuck notification. There is no way to clear it. Additionally my meter once was able to sync results via Bluetooth until that functionally was removed and never brought back.

Can’t get the message alert #1 to clear from app; have deleted and reinstalled three times but still there.

Notification bubble will not go away

Dear developers, please allow the ip adresses for the US territory of Guam to work so I can report my inr while traveling. Once you do, I’ll update my review. Thanks. Well another year has gone by. Please allow egress ip’s from the United States of America Territory of Guam. Feel free to contact me if you need more info. Also you might want to put a bug report feature in your app or on the lincare website.

Reset network in iOS settings if it can’t log into their systems. iOS 15.6 broke it. Resetting iPhone Network in Settings fixed it.

Tried to pair my iPhone and clicked on Pair in the app. Nothing. Called and was told, “I don’t even know why people try to connect. You can’t.” Then why is there a Bluetooth connection offered in app and on the device?
