This car share program was recently expanded to the City of Riverside, California — but it doesn’t even work. I’ve sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and had several friends try to sign up as well. No one has been able to complete the registration process. Every attempt ends with the same message: “An unexpected error occurred. Please contact an administrator.” It’s unclear who is actually managing this program, but it’s clearly broken. The City of Riverside needs to step in.
