This app is garbage. I’m so frustrated I ordered this preinstalled on a new Pathfinder. I’m a software engineer and have spent hours trying to get it configured and signed up for the cloud service and still can’t get it to accept registration. If you’re reading this review then it is probably already too late for you and you have purchased this and are suffering with it. If you are the app developer then you need to make the setup process MUCH easier and provide some support and documentation somewhere! Also, eff you for intermixing 0 and O in the middle of the serial number. I can tell the difference but most people probably can’t and is proof how clueless you are. -- sblair28, 2024-11-10 ### *---- "Support?" Is anyone supporting this app? Who do we contact with problems? Is there customer service? Is this a scam? -- S Tugboat, 2024-07-18 ### *---- "Useless And trash" Shame on developers -- Tech-96165, 2024-06-28 ### *---- "Do not buy" Spent a lot of money on this camera from Infiniti along w labor costs. Never worked, can’t use any other features of my car while the camera is connected to wifi. Infiniti didn’t even know how it operated, waiting to see if I can get my money back. Can’t get the subscription to work. Horrible product -- kellydev777, 2024-06-27 ### *---- "Do Not Waste Your $" Rather than connecting to your phone via Bluetooth, you have to connect via WiFi, BUT… you have to turn your cellular data off to do that. Who wants to drive with their cellular data off. You CANNOT connect to the Cloud via your vehicles hotspot. This app is base and Nissan doesn’t care it’s reputation is being affected by this lame application. Do not purchase!!!!! -- Chad-33, 2024-05-25 ### *---- "Camera or app does not work" If I can go back to when I purchased the Mdrive Camera, I would not have even wasted my time effort or money. To sign up in the app for services for your camera is horrible, there is no clear instructions on how to get your camera paired properly to work so in my opinion and many others that I have viewed as far as comments and concerns, not only is this app cramp but so is the Mdrive camera. This whole thing is designed to again rip off the consumer and it’s a shame. -- YoungOne57, 2024-05-08 ### *---- "No cloud access" The instructions have buttons described in the apps that does not exist. I’ve not been able to connect to the cloud at all. It takes a significant amount of time to download to the phone. I did call to see if the recorder is able to connect to the cloud any longer or this has been discontinued, they did not know, there are no instructions in the instructions that are online do not describe what is in the app -- Truck356, 2024-03-13 ### *---- "Help?" I’ve had this app since March and I still can’t access anything. This is so complicated and nobody at Nissan knows how to use it. Why are they promoting this without having knowledge about the product? I bought and paid for this dash cam to be installed in my car and so far no luck! I would appreciate it you could provide some help with the people buying your products! -- Ailasor Orerracotrop, 2023-10-25 ### *---- "App doesn’t work well" I can only connect directly to the recorder. When I try to connect to the cloud, I get an error message that says my device ID or security key is incorrect. Nissan should have tested this before selling it to their customers. Also tried to reach to them and they just referred me to the dealership. -- Tokyn5, 2023-10-16 [View all mDriveRecorder reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## mDriveRecorder In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | All Access (1 Month) | $8.99 | ## mDriveRecorder Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/mdriverecorder-NFxd/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/mdriverecorder-NFxd/united-kingdom) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/mdriverecorder-NFxd/south-korea) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
