You won’t be able to approve a refill on the go using this app. It will shut down and log you out without actually doing anything.  This app is a disappointment.

The service works fine from the webpage, but trying to use the app is impossible because you can’t even get past the login. To have a secure password as something that is not able to be memorized, and so then you try to use the password manager, but the app does not allow you to use a password manager, it also doesn’t allow you to copy and paste your password from elsewhere on your device and then paste it into the login. So the app is really non-usable.

The app freezes after sending one prescription, needs to be closed, then opened and you have to sign in again.  The sign-in process is tedious, so signing in to send in one prescription at a time for every patient is tiresome.

There is a bit of a learning curve when adding a pharmacy to a patient, however, once you figure it out it’s easy. Even if you have a DEA sign on app, it doesn’t seem to work well when another provider uses the computer and I try to send a scheduled med via app.
