MeThreeSixty: 3D Body Scanner

I was tracking my weight loss and inches After 9 months all my data was gone. I was so disappointed that all my success was lost.

I never could get this to complete a scan for me. It kept insisting I straighten my legs and no matter how I moved them, it wouldn’t take.

Downloaded the app and used for a couple months. Went to use it tho month and it asks for my email address and says it sends a code to log in but I never receive a code. I have looked in my spam folder also. No code. So now I can’t log in to use it.

Only had for a few weeks but already paid for premium. Wanted the unlimited scans. Of course, right after I paid, the weight tile does not update… it’s seems stuck on 2 weeks ago . So not sure if any of the scans are accurate now . I complained today…. Let’s see if I even hear back

I was set to get this app, but you have to check mark both boxes. One is agreeing to being sent marketing. The other is open ended. “I agree to allow Size Steam to”. That’s all that shows. If you click on the link for California customers you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and scans. Pretty shady.

I spent about 15 minutes trying to get this app the scan. I would complete the front scan and then when it came to the side scan it for whatever reason wouldn’t process it even though it was all green and then have me redo it. Oh and you can exit out of the stupid demo video. So you have to rewatch it if you accidentally hit “back out of scan.” I should have know this app was a waste of time when the moment I made my account it asked me to upgrade to the premium app where you pay for it.

First scan, free user 0/10. The scan process is a bit picky for the first time finding the best height/distance/leveling the phone and you can’t to skip the demo even if you’ve heard it 10 times. After the scan is finally completed, you’re treated to your scan avatar but zero data- no measurements, no body composition percentages. I emailed support and got an auto-response that support is limited for free users… This company definitely won’t convert free users to paid with this experience!

I had been using this app for a year and the scanned image looked consistent to what I was seeing in the mirror. Then in late June I took a scan 7 days after my last and I looked drastically diff and it keeps showing my body fat going up. I can say for certain that’s not the case bc I’ve dropped weight, grained muscle, and slimmed down all over. But it now consistently makes me look square in the midsection. Not sure if it has to do with my iPhone version or what but I had to stop using it bc it’s no longer even close to being accurate and I stay looking like a marshmallow in the scans.

I subscribed a few months ago but under settings it shows standard and need to subscribe to unlock premium features. Contacted support and get a message that they can’t respond to every request and look for solution on FAQ

Can’t get a scan done because it keeps telling me move forward move back within an inch finally got that done, one time out of 10. Moved to side and it said my phone moved (even though the green level lights were on, and it hadn’t moved). Finally just gave up.
