### **--- "There’s Potential | submitted issues with no resolution"
On multiple occasions I reached out to support with issues that I had come across which made the app a pain to use. One example was ingredients for sauces not populating in the shopping list until you have opened each individual recipe. I sent a screen recording to Scott and he was quick to respond. However, it has been over a year with no fix or updates to the app. Super disappointing because this has the potential to be a blockbuster app for those wanting a quick and easy vegan meal plan. I was able to find another app with a better user experience. Until they invest some time and possibly money into this app, I unfortunately won’t be a return customer.

I absolutely love these recipes and I’m successfully losing weight but the app has so many issues that have been around since it’s launch. I would think that these issues would have been addressed and corrected. This has the potential to be so much more than it is so that’s where my frustration lies. When I open the app it crashes once or twice. When it finally stops crashing it takes 5 minutes to fully open to where I can see all of the ingredients for the recipe. If I want to save a recipe as a favorite I click on the heart but it can take 10 seconds for it to acknowledge that and add it to my favorites. I also wish there was a way to add my own notes to the recipes I try. The glitches in the app are so frustrating and I really hope these can be addressed and corrected soon because I want to continue my subscription.
