## Mealeo Reviews in United States

### **--- "Hard to order food"
Horrible app and very hard to order good. Doesn’t accept certain cards and is extremely fustrating🤬
-- lawful 1., 2025-09-09

### *---- "Could not delete item"
I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. There was no way in the app to delete the extra item.
-- Albany Onyx, 2025-06-27

### *---- "Horrible delivery personnel"
The left our hot pizza on on porch in 20 degree weather without letting us know it was delivered.
-- Bankernow, 2025-03-07

### *---- "Poor app and worse service"
Here’s my review of the Mealeo app:

Pro’s
- can order food

Con’s
- poor app design (hitting search changes location; options often missing or fixed into making unnecessary options)
- no live tracking or text updates
- high fees and service charges (almost $20-$30 extra for delivery + tip) on top of price increases vs. restaurant pricing
- everything is always an hour+ for delivery
- can not get refunds easily for incorrect or missing items
- customer service is email only
- “moolah” rewards are minuscule
-- Pbzyslawz, 2024-10-19

### ***-- "Very small print"
Extremely hard to read menu items
-- Swistaniggle, 2024-07-30

### ***** "Love Mealeo"
Been using this service for years. Love that it is locally owned and operated. Always great service.
-- Commuter0924, 2024-03-08

### **--- "Glitchy App; Great Service"
App makes it impossible to delete items out of cart.

I had to delete the entire app to start over several times to just delete items. Should t be this way.
-- APRO2008, 2024-03-04

### ***** "These Folks Rock!"
Mealeo is our go to food delivery app, strong on stability, reliability and features. Love the latest version, lots of info easily available about your options for each restaurant. Lots of payment options and rewards too!
-- SelectortMd, 2024-03-01

### ***-- "App is to expensive"
Service is decent but the fees have gotten to high. 16-18 dollar pizza costs more than double that to get delivered.
-- Joe the farmer 87, 2024-02-09

### *---- "Totally Broken"
I used to use this app multiple times a week and now it doesn’t even open even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Screw the flashy animations and just get back to what you did best.
