If you are in a budget or just don’t want the hassle of meal planning then this app is a life changer! It’ll ask a series of simple questions like how many meals? For how many people? For how many days? Etc and you budget and dietary requirements and boom! Not only does it produce great meals with step by step recipe guides but does your shopping list for you with up to date prices so you know what you’ll spend for those meals (and always a lot cheaper than unplanned day to day meal shopping!) 

It really will have a massive impact on your meal planning and budget.

This app is a real game changer and makes mealtimes fit busy families so much easier. Love the recipe suggestions to change up dinners each week, along with the ability to have the ingredients added straight to you Tesco basket for online shopping, which really saves time. It helps me to minimise time I spend coming up with healthy and nutritious recipes and putting together a shopping list! 
It’s fun to use! 
I love the design, very clean and neat with beautiful pictures. 
It is useful to have the “Swap” feature so you can change the ingredients with a cheaper or more expensive option or just swap it to your personal preference.

Planning the shoppping for the meals of the week is a job I don’t enjoy. It’s time consuming and involves forward planning which I don’t get much time for so I tend to stick to the same meals For ease sake. What a fantastic app idea to not only plan your meals to your liking, but then hook up to the shopping app and add all the ingredients in your basket for you! Godsend! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I picked low carb option. I also wanted to pick low sugar but it won’t let you choose more than 1.
It came up with spaghetti and 2 pasta meals. Both extremely carb heavy.
You also cannot exclude certain ingredients easily for example if you type beef it gives you 20 different variations of beef to try and exclude them all, takes too much time.

Just as the title says, it’s a good app but the meal list is short. I specifies “hundreds of recipes” but there’s only a little over 30 which makes planning for meals very limited. I do like the interface, and I think it’s great you can make a budget and plan the meals around that. Looking forward to more recipes being added, this app has a tonne of potential to help people

I absolutely love the idea of this, however when I go to see my basket in Tesco, instead of transferring to the Tesco app it opens a webpage that ‘cannot be found’. Help!

An absolute game changer for us as a family - a fantastic solution to plan healthy, fresh meals for the family, with simple syncing to Tesco for delivery. Credit to the Mealia team for developing such a simple but incredible concept that is bringing not only the cost saving (no longer ‘popping to the shop’ most days for dinner) but also headspace - having the task of meal planning, shopping list writing, online ordering all taken care of.

I recently started using the Mealia app, and I couldn't be more impressed! The user interface is sleek and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. The meal planning feature is a game-changer , it saves me so much time during the week when I want to add new meals to my regular Tesco shopping. 

I especially love the detailed information about each meal, like calories and protein content. The whole process is fantastic —from quick shopping to cooking with all the ingredients I needed. The shopping list integration is seamless, and it has made meal planning and shopping a breeze.  🙂 

I can't wait to see further development with a more precise ingredient list for each item and more shops included in the app.
