MealKeyway: Enjoy the convenience of app ordering with your favorite restaurant in mind. This is a customized online ordering app launched by MenuSifu, dedicated to providing diners with a convenient ordering experience and exclusive discounts.

FEATURES: Effortlessly discover the menu, place orders, and review your order history and receipts. Receive timely notifications to keep up with your favorite restaurants' latest trends and promotions from your favorite restaurants. Choose between delivery and pickup for the service that suits you best.

HOW IT WORKS: To get started, simply scan the MealKeyway app QR code provided by the restaurant. You'll typically find this QR code on restaurant posters, menus, flyers, or banners. It may also be available on the restaurant's website or social media profiles.

NOTES: MealKeyway is not your typical food-ordering marketplace app. We prioritize specific restaurants that have chosen to participate in our rewards program. For the app to work correctly, it is imperative that restaurants partner with MealKeyway. Additionally, users must link their app to the unique QR code provided by the restaurant to ensure proper functionality.

I had a difficult time ordering. It was asking for my email address on the checkout page, but ai received an error message that my email was being used for another account. I literally made up an email address in order for it to work. They also don’t show a map of where the delivery vehicle is. I really like that feature. I am not in a place that is easy to find, and I meet delivery drivers on the sidewalk. That is going to be extremely difficult to do now. I doubt their delivery times in the app are at all accurate. I won’t use this app again.

I was jarred by the negative reviews, but I really wanted a discount for my first in-app order, so I gave it a shot. It worked fine; the discount was auto-applied, I was able to pay with Apple Pay, and the points from that purchase are still in my account. The UI is very simple.

Apple Pay doesn’t work so I can’t place an order. Password manager doesn’t work with the app. The web accepts Google sign in but the app doesn’t, and the service seemed to forget I already set a password.

I'm kind of astonished by all the things that went wrong here. I didn't have a menusifu account, and although the login page says you can sign up for one, you actually can't. There's no option to create an account, so I created one through their website, verified my email, and then tried to sign into the app but got an error about an incorrect email or password for the account I just created (and I know they were typed correctly). I thought I'd try to reset my password with the "forgot password" link, but no email was ever sent. I finally gave up and just called the restaurant. 

Please test every bit of functionality before releasing your app to the public.

The app only supports a login flow, not a signup flow. I even created an account on my web browser at menusifu.com but email verification fails with an error and I can’t login. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Tried to download it to order from my favorite restaurant and every time I was trying to pay the bill it kept denying my credit card. I used three different credit cards and it was giving me the same issue. Then when I went to reset my password, it wouldn’t send me a reset link. This is garbage. PS I promise I have money in my accounts.

### ****- "Points pending from 6 months ago- how?"
My account has 0 points even though I earned in May and June 2023 and I see that those points are still pending- long after I've picked up, consumed and paid for my order. Points are only valid for 6 months and then they expire, but you took over 6 months and still haven't deposited my points. Points system feels like a scam. Other than that I only ever order from the same restaurant a couple times a year (5-7 times). Have not even had a chance to use my points to see what benefit it does for me.

Delivery driver came , didn’t even come upstairs to the apartment. He wanted cash only . I sent my children, he had to give a change , but he than lied to them saying there there was not enough money , and took extra 5$ . It was my first time trying this delivery service and I’m not going to use it again

I could think of some worse designs, but I might need some time. The only way to order is to have a QR code from the restaurant. But at that point, I’m already at the restaurant, I’ll just order there. There’s no search or nearby function. You have to have a QR code from the restaurant. Idiotic at best. I don’t know who thought of this, but they really need a different job. There are a ton of ordering apps out there, I strongly recommend anybody considering look elsewhere.

First off, the display is messed up on an iPad and it won’t let me add certain items to the cart. 

I switched over to an iPhone, but it wouldn’t let me pay with Apple Pay or two different credit cards I put in.

I placed a delivery order, then the restaurant called to say they didn’t have the items I ordered and should they cancel the order? I said yes, of course, cancel it. Then Mealkeyway charged me for the order anyway. There’s no place in the app to report problems like that, like there is with every other app. Mealkeyway took one hundred and five dollars from me and i got no food.

Trash. I literally can’t even log in. Enter your credentials and hit enter and it throws a “check the user agreement box”. The problem? THERE IS NO BOX. Have tried to use the app twice to order and end up calling bc the app flat out does not work.
