Stuck on map with modal that won’t close

A number of times you go to tap on something and it just… doesn’t work. Also, the UX is like minimalist but in a bland, bad way

Customer service is so bad and off you’re late for pickup you just lose the points and you don’t get to pick it up anymore. Like if you paid for it, you have the right to get what you paid for i don’t care if it’s cold. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to. This isn’t a game.

paying upfront and save some money for lunches sounded good until the plan fall short. If you don’t use the credit within time, not the full remain credit will roll over. Weird, why?! And it’s very hard to manage the credit if you don’t use frequently, ended up loosing money for nothing. I left my previous job and no needed the service so I had my unused 20 meal plan on hold. But It just expired without any notification given to me, so my money disappeared! And the worst part is then they charged me for a new 20 meal plan which I would never authorized. I contacted but no answer. It’s a very anti-consumer type of service. Unless you get the meal everyday, this will actually be your money pit. Think twice before start with this.

If you dont keep close track, you wont notice, but this app is scamming you. And there is a reason they do not have a customer service phone number, because they are too afraid to talk with people who have figured it out. They claim that your points roll forward month to month, but they simply do not. And then, if you finish your points too early in the month, they simply charge you again for new points rather than waiting for the full cycle to end, making this “budget” app incredibly hard to budget for. I have wasted a lot of money on this app, and will probably never see it because its run by bots. Please do not download if you know whats good for you.

Meal Pal is cheap but the charges are sneaky. Normally in any app, you follow the steps of select -> checkout —> confirm. In Meal Pal they charged immediately without any confirmation. What looked like a notification, which I clicked to get it away from me , was a $150 charge. Meal Pal please work on customer trust.

I ordered my food via MealPal and went to the store at the pickup time. However the store was closed at my scheduled time. There is no way to get help from the MealPal app.

They dont remind you and charge your card. If you file dispute, they will say 'well you agreed in this during sign up' . Uninstalled and would not recommend due to lack of proactiveness and transparency

Don’t know why, just directly take my 113.46 dollars from my bank account for no reason
