The app makes it really simple to hit my macros, have fun cooking various dishes and get great results as a bonus. I‘ve been using it for only a couple of weeks and have lost 3kg already. Only change I would like is the ability to reduce meat consumption with alternatives in the custom macros/high protein plan. I try to substitute a bit, because eating meat 2x a day is just not sustainable.
I have been using this app for the last 2 years and overall, I’m very happy with it, but there is something I find a bit annoying. When you used the custom macro or the high protein mode for the plan all the vegetarian dishes disappear and you only have meat options. As someone who is trying to have a high protein diet and reducing their meat intake at the same time this is not ideal.
I have not regretted getting this app once. Very user friendly with great options for the whole family
Sehr gute App mit tollen Funktionen.
Good app sofar but needs improvement. Especially in the type of meal selection. It would be good to be able to select how many days/meals of the plan one would like to eat Vegan/vegetarian/meat. The standard is too much meat/fish for me as I don‘t want this daily. Under the filters I cannot select meals with tempeh, todu etc only meat, fish, poultry…
This app saves me maybe 10 h per week! It’s so easy to use and intuitive, recipes are delicious and the features are fab. I didn’t even know I needed some of them!

Ingredients, recipes and instructions are too highly optimized for US. That makes it very complicated to use outside of US. Recipient don’t take into account seasonality of goods, another problem.
