UI and overall feel of the app could be better

Ordered twice and everything went soundly, now when I try to get delivered to Falkirk the option is greyed out as to say the takeaway isn’t delivering to Falkirk. Tho, when I checked online the Falkirk branch is open and accepting orders? How do I fix this???

Ordered the Texas BBQ burger as a meal with the basic fries and it was so good!!!, after my initial bite of the burger I preceded to devour it, the bbq sauce in particular was amazing. The fries were great too, Just the right amount of seasoning, will definitely be trying every burger on the menu at some point, the flaming chicken one looks delicious.
