I deleted the app. Reset the device several times and it went back to working. It’s actually working better now than it did. Or at least it’s making me think that.

I was really excited about this thermometer but that feeling has gone. It works sometimes but most of the time it doesn’t. I have ran through the list of troubleshooting measures and am currently having to wing a long pork smoke because the probe is not connecting. It’s inconsistent and unreliable. I would not recommend this product.

i had high expectations and hopes for this sleek design. but have tried over and over to get the app to connect to my wifi and bluetooth but it never connects.

So I used it a few times and it worked great. Now though the app is saying that all the meat I put in the smoker stays at 57.9 degrees but my external temperature is working just fine. My notification worked just fine though when the cooking was complete but I wasn’t able to monitor it. Not sure what to do now.

The app and thermometer were working great until the update from 4 days ago. The thermometer is still working, it’s measuring ambient temperature but the internal temperature is stuck at 50.4 degrees. The thermometer and app are useless with the current update.

It tells you the ambient and internal temp and of the meat. I need it to monitor as the meat cooled down to a specific temp. Maby a software update ?

I haven’t had an opportunity to use the meat thermometer yet. Even though the design is sleek there doesn’t seem to be a way to add it to my WiFi network. This, and having no wires, was the main feature I was interested in so I find it a little disappointing.

Update: I was able to work through the issue and get my first one connected, although I don’t recall the exact steps I took. I’ve now purchased a Meatmeet Pro for use with cooking oils and I’m unable to get it to initiate pairing. The light flashes but the app never advances past step one when I double click the button.

The Meat Meet App is like a Swiss Army knife for grilling. I used it to pull off a whole barbecue feast in 30 minutes, and the taste is always spot on. I hope they add a feature to let me choose different griling styles based on my mood. Hurry up with the update, Meat Meet, I can't wait to try new features!
