### *---- "Please Upgrade Use To New Phones!"
Dear Skyrocket, please upgrade your app to work on newer iPhone models, as nobody still uses iPhone 6 and lower 😐
-- bryceissupreme, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Wi-Fi doesn’t work"
It works then 1 year later it won’t work and says it’s not connecting it is probably worse then a temu robot when u press the help button it doesn’t help at all. Don’t buy waist of money :(
-- Temu scammer, 2023-12-29

### *---- "Doesn’t connect"

-- Rhdhhc, 2023-05-16

### *---- "Agree with previous person"
Found my old Mebo 2.0 in the attic, will no longer find it through the app even though I did the forced reset. Connects the Wi-Fi portion to the Mebo fine, just the app cannot find it for some reason
-- Grinderdogg, 2022-12-11

### **--- "Internet won’t connect"
I’ve had this bot ever since the original Mebo messed up. Once I got this mebo 2.0 it was fine until I tried to play with it after I found it. The internet can be found but will not connect. If you cannot fix it will I get a refund along with other people? ~Christopher

### *---- "Fix this awful app"
I’ve been trying to open this app and use this robot for the past 20 min. It is extremely frustrating every time I try to connect to the Wi-Fi, but I’m ALREADY CONNECTED TO ITS WI-FI. Fix it
-- jjod31, 2022-08-24

### **--- "What’s wrong with my bot"
I’ve had this thing for about 3 or 4years now then I stoped using it so then I found it the basement it’s still in good condition but it needs it’s own Wi-Fi so I tried connecting it and it said no internet connection so I tried restarting it and that didn’t work and it doesn’t need charging because I never used it a lot when I first got it the product is great but it’s just needs some updates.
-- Brownbot11, 2022-08-12
