MECARE helps Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt. Ltd. - Air Conditioners Authorised Channel Partners and their technicians to manage their field service activities for after sales of products like HVAC, Jet Towels, Air Curtains and Air Conducting Fans.

Key Features –

* Technician Visit Dashboard shows the current customer service request summary 

* Mitsubishi Electric India and Authorised Channel Partners and their Technicians can view the customer service request assigned to them.

* Assigned customer service request to Mitsubishi Electric India Authorised Technicians, can Re-schedule/InProgress/close by them with the help of this App.

* Technicians can file field service reports online through the App after attending the customer service request

* Mitsubishi Electric India Authorised Channel Partners can accept or decline the customer service request allocated by MEI call centre/ branch.

* Commissioning reports can be filed after installing new equipment at customer location

* Mitsubishi Electric India - Air Conditioners service managers can assign customer service request to channel partners and reschedule the customer service request
