## Mechanics Bank Mobile Plus Reviews in United States

### **--- "Glitchy"
The system at Best is glitchy every time you have an update I have to reset my password. Your system is too glitchy and very cumbersome.
-- Rbq20, 2026-04-20

### *---- "HomeStreet Bank app was much better"
This terrible app and awful customer support led me to a new bank. I can’t believe HomeStreet sold out to such a lousy company.
-- TacomaStar, 2026-04-15

### *---- "Fix!!!"
Horrible!!!! I NEVER EVER had a problem with Homestreet Mobile Banking! I downladed Mechanics Bank Mobile Plus and have had to call 2 times already to let me get access to my own account. It keeps telling me I may have been restricted from my account or entered wrong password ughhhh! Fix this issue!!!!!!
-- kellimarie89, 2026-04-14

### *---- "It Sucks!"
The App sucks! Slow and horrible UI!
-- The-Squid, 2026-04-11

### *---- "In adequate app"
This has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. At least 10 calls to customer support and it’s still not working correctly.
-- Muffin1230Cal, 2026-04-10

### *---- "Horrible App"
Crashes constantly. Keeps telling me I entered the wrong credentials. Tells me I’ve timed out during login!

I was afraid of this when my beloved HomeStreet Bank got bought out by this unknown and obviously poorly managed bank. I’ll be switching soon you can bet on that.
-- Lynnie1973, 2026-04-08

### *---- "Never is easy"
The app either spits me out, won’t allow me to log in, or 9 out of 10 times says I need to contact customer service. It’s very frustrating
-- Mechanics BB, 2026-04-08

### ***-- "Getting online"
It took two days for me to do this first day got me on, but then when I tried to read reconnect the next day to my online banking didn’t work so I had to start all over first day I was on the phone for an hour with someone trying to help me second time. It took only a few minutes so that was much better. Hopefully it will work from now on.
-- H&H&R, 2026-03-31

### **--- "Worse than HomeStreet"
Slow and glitchy app, pages don’t load , transactions don’t load. Really unfortunate since the HomeStreet app was working fine
-- Randomusername3333, 2026-03-30

### *---- "Worst Bank + App Ever!"
I was a HomeStreet Bank customer for over 15 years, and they recently got acquired by this unknown bank called Mechanics. I feel truly bad for any of the old HomeStreet employees, because the transition has been rocky to say the least. This banking app is just ridiculous - it is extremely slow (stress inducing), cluttered, non-intuitive, and hard to navigate. Due to the nature of this being a smaller and unknown bank combined with current politics going on, I plan to switch to a popular and well-loved credit union (BECU) asap. I’ve never written a review for an app but this one is so awful it needs addressing!!
