Good app until!!
This is a great app - until u or ur GP accidentally cancel ur meds - then it’s useless - no one will help fix it so I’ve had to go back to good old paper scripts - super dangerous & super frustrating! Also it’s SLOW AF!

Where to start
I have been using this app for 4 years. It works well enough. Today, it logs me out for the first time ever. I reset my password and continue to log in. Can’t log in unless I create a 4 digit pin. No option to skip. Can’t create pin unless I enable Face ID AND Touch ID. Don’t want to do either of those on my phone. Can’t report a problem in App Store as it’s a not reportable app. Can’t contact support on developer website as ERROR 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. This is my only avenue for any support or contact.
Slow, buggy
It’s so bad. The home screen often won’t load at all. Generally incredibly slow, which is never what you want when you’re at the pharmacy counter. Messages sometimes come through, sometimes they don’t.

Has stopped loading and working on iPhone 15plus annoying
No prices upon order
Am unsure if this is app or pharmacy, but prices only display after order The item I ordered via app was 45% more expensive then I usually buy meds from pharmacy
Terrible app
One of the silliest apps I’ve ever seen. It gives you the option to use Face ID but then wants a pin every time anyway. My local pharmacy that sent me the link to the app is not included on the list of pharmacies available on the app. What a load of BS.
Lost all scripts no way contact
All of a sudden I got logged out log back in my children and their scripts are missing gone completely! Try to find a way to contact the app about it but oh can’t do that as I don’t own a company so how am I meant to fill my sons autism meds week before Christmas with no script and can’t get into paediatrics? Will now be refusing all medication that isn’t on a paper script thank you for making this the worst Christmas yet all round
MedAdvisor - new version quibbles
I’ve been using med advisor for several years and on the hall it’s a very useful and indeed essential app. Unfortunately the new version has increased the complexity of logging in. My eyesight is very poor and consequently the recapture option specifically that part of that app which requires to select Various pictures (very low quality) is almost impossible for me to use. The previous version kept me logged in this new version has already thrown me out once requiring a password reset which is complex for someone with low vision. I managed on the sixth attempt to access the app. Sadly it did not keep me logged in and it’s frankly a pain in the bum having to try to re-access my account. Additionally there really should be a dark / high contrast theme for those who have low vision. Please fix ASAP
stopped working after latest update
App stopped working on my iphone 6 after the latest update. Now i can no longer order my pescription medications.
Far too important to be this unreliable.
This app frequently logs me out, makes me sign back in, and all my scripts are missing. So easy when it works! But it’s far too glitchy.
