giving this 1 star i've used medal for a couple of months it was fine. now it won't let me open my clip library and download my clips. bare in mind i'm a content creator and need access to them but no the amount of bugs this app has is gonna be the brink of me. i can't even open it on my phone it just crashes. fix this software the bugs are out of control

Tried this purely for the clips it can make and it needs me to make a whole account and view other clips to eventually find my way to leaning how to set up clips. After 6 hours of streaming I tried to download my clips and I couldn’t, couldn’t even view them without paying a stupid subscription. I understand there is a way to download low quality buggy clips they make but it has a massive watermark? I did some research and found loads of way easier methods of clipping that require no payment, no accounts and no hassle. Seriously do not recommend, the windows gaming settings offer a much better version of this app without all this, and for free! You can also freely clip on twitch, and TikTok and even YouTube.

It's an amazing app, but I got it just for clipping, the problem is I can't clip. I read other reviews and it said that they couldn't clip either. Can you add clipping in iOS and iPad OS. I don't have any other devices so I just use Medal for watching clips. I'm planning to delete it if you don't add the clipping feature as it somehow took 5GB even though I didn't upload any clips.
