## Medeo Reviews in United States

### ***-- "You are the worst app"
I can’t download anything and I can’t update anything
-- You duke/terrible, 2026-08-13

### *---- "Idk"
Bro I downloaded the app because I been trying to find an app that doesn't make you pay for stuff but all I see is nothing just a white screen and I let it load for a. Few times and its still a white screen
-- Bestseller2625, 2026-06-26

### *---- "Never got one video"
The app charged me for the same request 5x. Even though it says unlimited, it has a point system and I ask you to buy more credits. I never had one video work. Do not purchase this app.
-- Lovegeo, 2026-06-24

### *---- "NOPE and extremely expensive"
They are great advertising but when you get it is not what you think. It crashes, takes your credits by the way very little credit 700 only monthly for $35.99 month subscription ! And each video will take a lot! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE !! U get better deal paying $19 on google one ! Not worth it ! Should be $9.99
-- Kassis28, 2026-05-19

### ***** "there support team is awesome"
Absolutely amazing app! The AI video quality is impressive, easy to use, and the support team responds fast and actually helps. Highly recommend!
-- saintlucas339, 2026-05-12

### *---- "Waste of money, don’t buy"
So I typed a detailed description of a video I was looking to create. I paid $28 to make the 1 minute clip of my pugs hosting a podcast and when they delivered the clip it was not what I asked for. The AI they use is terrible completely screwing up names of numerous times, it didn’t make sense. When I asked for help from support they blamed their AI and only would credit back 200 credits which is not even half the credits it took for the $28 video they screwed up.
-- Topdogg22Yo, 2026-04-26

### *---- "Bad"
The application is not working and does not load the videos, yet it keeps charging fees. We have submitted several complaints, but there has been no response
-- Majed-uo1970, 2026-04-19

### *---- "Don’t waste y’al mf time bruh"
Mann they try to make you first spend more money when you create a video or whatever you wanna do & it will not load up! DO NOT WASTE THAT MONEY! & also you won’t get a text back from customer service
-- devonte_latre, 2026-04-17

### ***** "Love the built-in recipes"
The built‑in recipes are super easy to use right away and save me a ton of time
-- Lane3_3, 2026-04-14

### *---- "Subscription issue and no support response"
I had a disappointing experience with this app. I was charged for a subscription unintentionally and tried to contact support immediately, but received no response despite multiple follow-ups.

Additionally, the app did not function properly for me—I encountered repeated errors when trying to use core features, which prevented me from accessing or downloading content.

Given both the technical issues and lack of customer support, I would recommend proceeding with caution before subscribing.
