Doesn’t work
I have and old iPhone and a new iPad and it doesn’t work at all on either of them.

Won’t open
App won’t even open properly. Just a white screen. Haven’t been able to use it.
Not working?
When I try to open this app it’s doing nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. My doctor has sent me a secure message that I can’t open. Because the app isn’t working. Please fix.
App not working
Haven’t been able to use lately, when opening app it is just a white screen even after reinstalling. Otherwise it used to work great
Booking a phone call appt
I came to the app and chose the clinic and doctor. I chose a day and there was one time left so I selected it (for 3:45 pm) At that time I monitored my phone but got no call. Nearly a half hour later I got a message that my request had been denied. Then another to say that the appointment was canxcelled due to a “scheduling conflict “! I had chosen a time that was available! Where’s the conflict? Very poor in my opinion.
worst app to use for anything medical related
I dont even know why medical offices use this app as its more inconvenient. Redownloaded the app since I need it for my yearly checkups but its only showing a white screen? and all of the information about my appointment tomorrow is in the app. Stupid!
Page log in
Horrible online login. It takes forever for the page to come up.
Dangerous and unreliable
I am awaiting test results, and when opened, this app only presents a blank white page and nothing else.
App won't even open
its just a white screen when i open the app even after deleting and installing. the website is also janky on the computer ill have to enter my email and password twice because it just clears when i hit enter. This makes it very difficult to communicate with healthcare providers who exclusively communicate through this app. :( 💅👈🥺😃™️™️💞™️™️
Doesn’t work
It worked fine until I had 2 different Drs use Medeo. Now I can’t sign into either one. It tells me pswd invalid but no where does it allow me an opportunity to update my pswd . Plus it won’t let me use the app on my IPad because it won’t update to IOS 16. So totally frustrated.
