I tried to connect with a doctor twice this year but in dismay they cannot set an appointment with a doctor. They will advise you to go the hospital which is contrast with their advertisement, saying : “ Avoid being exposed to hospitals by having hassle-free online consultation 24/7 with Filipino specialist doctors using the Medgate app. You can speak with your doctor through call or video call. You can send them photos and even request for a callback in cases you have insufficient load or data. Consultation fee will be charged in your Intellicare account.” All I requested is to speak with a doctor because i am experiencing a mild asthma due to flu. I wanted to request a prescription cause my medical treatment is running out. Sadly they insist that i need an urgent care. Dont waste your time calling via medgate you will just waste your time. And it wont help you when you get stress cause they will just tell you that there is no available doctor.
