FAST AND EASY TO USE
Itong app na to kulang na lang na remove sa appstore, napaka unreliable considering na for health and wellness tong app nito. Lahat ng mga data na i enter nawawala, kapag kachat mo ang representative napaka unresponsive at ang mismong chat tab nila lagi nagla log. Isa lang masasabi ko, nakakahiya nangangasiwa sa app na to patunay tong mga reviews namin na nase serve nyo talaga ng husto ang purpose nyo. Mamatay patient nyo sa bagal!
DELETED APPOINMENT
I booked an appoinment but they just casually deleted my appointment without telling me.
Disappointed
My appointment is 11am, past 12nn still no update. I waste my time waiting.
Retrieve account
I have the same issue, same email address but i cannot proceed with the call. It says that my provider is linked to another account. Pls fix this!!
Customer service ZERO rating
Customer service chat is not helpful. Didn’t provide much help, and was just advised to contact my HMO provider. No sense of urgency. Customer service hotline is also unreachable. CS chat is rude. No empathy.

Retrieving Account
You can retrieve your old account after you uninstalled the app even though your only using a one email address. Tried to retrieve my first account but it just created a new account even after doing a password reset. Now, I can’t link my HMO anymore cause it’s says it’s already linked to an account.
