Ho eseguito un prdine da 1200 chf composto da due pacchi, uno é arrivato mentre l’altro no, ha sorpassato la consegna prevista tre volte e dopo tre volte che ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che il mio ordine sarebbe arrivato a giorni un mese era già passato, se i pezzi non li avete in stock scrivetelo subito non fate aspettare la gente! Scarsa assistenza via mail, mi hanno risposto alle mail dopo più di una settimana senza arrivare a nessuna conclusione, penso primo e ultimo ordine che effettuerò su mediamarkt.

How stupidly designed and a waste of time! If you want people to spend time on your app, make honest offers, propose good products and easy to find options. What the hell are you thinking about with a trial and error for customers to find out in which of your shops a product could be??? You don‘t understand what I mean?… Thought so…🤦🏽‍♂️

Wenn man online einkauft muss die defekte Ware im Store abgegeben werden. (gem Kundendienst) Habe die Ware vor Ort abgegeben und es hiess, die Rückerstattung folgt über das gleiche Zahlungsmittel. Leider nie einen Franken zurück erhalten! Mehrere Telefonate und Emails bringen auch nichts, die Rückerstattung kommt nie zurück!!! Empfehlung: Digitec oder Galaxus 👌

Also erstens den Kundendienst kann ich mit Kontakt Formular nicht erreichen da dies ein Riesen Fehler hat. Hab zwei Bestellungen ausgelöst beide lieferbar. Alles gleich. Eines am Morgen eines am Abend. Die Media Markt App kann mir nicht sagen wann die erste Lieferung verschickt wird bzw. warum es nach 2 Tagen immer noch nicht verschick ist? Die App is ne Katastrophe in der Hinsicht.
