Cannot download LOA
The approval is fast, but cannot download the LOA and always says, try again later. And it is always like this since last week. So it’s actually non sense.

Slow LOA approval for tests
LOA approval is slow. After a doctor’s consult, my dad was referred for xray si we has to get another LOA. We filed in Medicard Go on Monday 12:30pm (while at the hospital) but up until Oct 23 11am, request is still pending. We just lined up at the Medicard office to manually request LOA when we could’ve avoided the queue. Staff at the office were helpful though.
Please fix this error
I cannot schedule LOA!!!!
