Every medication, every dose and every refill record stays on this device — no account, no cloud upload, no third-party server in the loop.

Every feature described below is unlocked only with an auto-renewable subscription purchased inside the app. New users receive a 3 day free trial; you may cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged.

Add your pills once, with custom colors and icons, and choose a schedule that fits your real life — daily, weekly, every few days, weekdays only, or multiple doses at exact times.
Gentle reminders arrive on time, and a single tap marks the dose as taken — from your phone, from a Home Screen, Lock Screen or StandBy widget, or from an Apple Watch complication.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription and free-trial conversion in Settings > Apple ID after purchase. Any unused portion of the free-trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
