Can’t create a password

Elgrumpo on

Yet another app that doesn’t accept auto-generated passwords and when I try to create one myself I’m unable to copy and paste into confirm password.

Lacking medicine Interacions

DJJ66 on

I know the ownership has changed but it would be very helpful if you could see if a new medicine 💊 interacted with any of my old medicines- please add on following update

Clumsy n outdated

Gre8ful Kate on

Download may 2023. I find this app clumsy and outdated. Reminder button didn’t work, extremely time consuming to add even one medication. I just wanted to add daily meds with reminders. Look elsewhere I’ve deleted it

Handy but ..

Apazin on

I try to make this a go to for medicine history .. but over the years different things keep going wrong .. this morning I am trying to find information on a very standardised medication . Often gives me the leaflet which is gre. Today I get “Information not available at the current time “

Syncing issues

WildGryffyn on

I’ve been using this for over a year and love this app very much but lately (past two weeks or so) there seem to be a lot of syncing issues. When I indicate I’ve taken a medication, the sync will initially fail and I have to re hit it at least once, sometimes two or three times. It would also be helpful if the medications were split more clearly into ‘Things I’m taking every day/regularly’ versus ‘Things I take occasionally’. Perhaps different colours or text fonts? For example: Iron supplement - taken daily vs paracetamol - taken for the headache I get when my app won’t sync like it used to. :)

From an ok App to not worth using

Seklig on

I have been using this app for a number of years. And lived with its less than ideal user experience. I haven’t been able to use the App for the last few months as it will “freeze” whenever I want to add or update a medication entry and even worse when I want to select that I have taken the required tablet or dose the screen also locks. So all I can do is close the app and forget about. Reopening the app does change the outcome

Great concept, frustrating

Theo Kit on

The app has good features but is useless if you cannot use them. The app freezes. Eventually they fix it and it will work for some time until it freezes again. I have finally decided, after having the app for several years, that it is too unreliable and frustrating to keep. Happy to give it another go if someone fixes the reliability issue but until then, it is gone.

Does not work

whatsit1234 on

I thought this App might be helpful to collate my medication regime. I am on a number of common meds - enter the name and my pills come up (great), add the frequency of dose (great), add the size of dose and number (great) ….. click done and, despite all fields duly completed, the App asks to fill with frequency and dose. Rebooted the phone, tried a number of meds options, same result in that not one of the meds will be recorded by the App. Seems like a fundamental miss 🥴

Did not inspire confidence.

Mal_53 on

Looked like a handy app to have. Registration was easy enough. However tried to add Rheumatoid Arthritis as a condition, but the app could not find it in it’s DB. This is a pretty common condition I thought, so this suggests, on the face of it, that the app’s use is somewhat limited or not well maintained.

Face ID

Aldo Zing on

A bit tricky to navigate Reminders for occasional doses or doses that are taken on a cycle eg 2 weeks on and one week off. Could do with Face ID at logon
