przy rozpoczętym czacie z lekarzem aplikacja się wiesza jak robię coś innego na telefonie. Czas oczekiwania to 60 minut i wygląda że nic innego w tym czasie nie można robić…. ! Bo wyskakuje błąd „problemy z siecią”! Tzn mam godzinę gapić się w ekran „oczekuje na połączenie z lekarzem”.

First of all, you don’t just cut off access to the previous app without notifying your user base in advance. This is unacceptable. Secondly, in the new app, why there is no option to change the interface language? It seems that that the app takes the default iOS language (which is English in my case), but I need to use the Medicover app in Polish. Please fix it as soon as possible!

This new app doesn’t have a button to call medicover, I have to search for the number on Google maps, that’s inconvenient

The appearance looks nice but it seems it's the only part the developer wanted to be good. Chat state is not preserved and the app fully reloads if you switch to another app and back. Session is not preserved as well. I don't get why I have to log in again and again. The app is on my phone, and the lack of a “remember me” option is not about security but only about user inconvenience. It's basic functionality but for some reason no one cares about end users who, by the way, pay money for the medical services. Software quality is just bad.

Nie ma możliwości pobrania oryginalnej elektronicznej dokumentacji badan tylko jakiś dokument który nie stanowi żadnej dokumentacji. Nie ma to jak “poprawić” na gorsze! Geniusze!

The new app is terrible, there’s no option to switch between profiles (we have four), old app is inactive and there’s no way to transfer login data. Disastrous gift for users for the end of the year from Medicover.

When I want to switch the “linked account” there is only one option - to unlink the account. There is no possibility to go strait to the account and book a new visit. Also some buttons are still inactive and doesn’t work. I can not book a new appointment in the app. Crazy new app, you need to do something with it. You launched in NOV and it still doesn’t work for the main purposes.
