Medicyn is your private health records vault for iPhone and iPad. Keep your complete medical history in one place, on your device, with no account, no analytics and no tracking.

SMART FEATURES
• Scan to Fill: Scan a prescription or report and Medicyn pre-fills the form using Apple's on-device model. Your own entries are never overwritten. Requires Apple Intelligence.
• Connected health history: Link medications and prescriptions to conditions, and see how everything connects in one timeline.
• Scan and digitize: Edges are detected, perspective is corrected, and text is extracted so every document is searchable.
• Emergency card: Conditions, medications, allergies and implants, ready when it matters.
• Reminders: Medication schedules and appointment alerts, all scheduled on your device.
• Widgets and Siri: Next Dose, Next Appointment and Today widgets, plus Siri and Shortcuts.
• Global search: Find any record instantly, including text inside scanned documents.
• Up to six profiles: Fully separate records for each family member.
• iPad and iPhone Duo: Sidebar navigation, with lists and details side by side.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No account required
• No data collection, no analytics, no third-party tracking
• Optional Face ID or Touch ID lock
• Optional encrypted iCloud Backup, off by default. Backups are encrypted with a passphrase you choose and stored in your own iCloud Drive. Medicyn has no servers and cannot read them.
• Scan to Fill runs entirely on your device.
