I have no idea why my insurance would choose to use such a dysfunctional company let alone app for transportation needs. I’ve had people hang up on me when I’m forced to call since the app is completely unusable no matter how many “updates” they continue to release. The app tells me my phone number is already in use but won’t give me the option to login. There is only an option to create a new account, which is odd since I assume once you create an account you should have the option to login but I digress. Completely useless company, even more useless app.

Edit* A couple of months ago the creators of this app finally listened and fixed the issues. It now works perfectly and I can schedule transportation at any time on this app. It’s annoying it took so long but better late than never.

The operators are disrespectful and they cancel all your trips when they are mad or they refuse to book your trip never use this app

### *---- "Unreliable — constant cancellations leave patients stranded"
This app is supposed to ensure reliable medical transportation, but it does the exact opposite. Nearly every scheduled trip gets canceled without viable solutions, leaving patients stranded and missing critical healthcare appointments. When you rely on non-emergency medical transport to get to doctors across Colorado Springs, Denver, and Aurora, reliability is essential. MediDrive consistently fails to deliver basic service. Completely unusable if your health depends on showing up on time.

John was very friendly and very efficient in helping me sort through all of the issues i’ve been having with medidrive’s new system, as well as he helped me get my appointments and the transportation company that i’ve been using back scheduled to all of my appointments again, Because of all the issues i’ve had with any new transportation companies that weren’t familiar with my schedule!
   But again, John was very patient with me, And super friendly, and i appreciate all the help he gave me!

Ever since MediDrive took over I never know if I will have a ride to or from my appointment despite it being accurately scheduled in the app.

I’m not going to list all of the issues here, but suffice it to say this company was 100% not ready for the handoff from Transdev, (and that’s saying a lot if you know how poor Transdev was). Besides how unbelievably incompetent this app is, one of my drivers told me MediDrive fired a swath of their dispatchers and replaced them with AI to save costs, and it’s not going too well according to him.

Update: new version of the app changed the design but didn’t address the functionality issues widely reported. Classic

I try to sign up for the app for the first time and it prevented me because I already used the email with transdev and to send the paper copies in.

### *---- "They keep screwing up my scheduled rides."
I’m involved in a recovery program (3 days a week) in addition to recovering from a broken leg. I’ve missed 2 weeks worth of sessions because medicine keeps screwing up my scheduled rides. 

For example; I scheduled a ride and the app allows me to book for multiple legs at once. I scheduled a ride for 07/22 at 5:30pm and a return trip later at 8:30pm the same day. 
The day before my appointment, I check the app and see the return trip (still labeled for the 22nd) is now today (the 21st) but I still have the 5:30 one set correctly.

I don’t know what the issue is. I didn’t have these issues with Intelliride. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it.
