Medify's Mobile App represents India's first Intelligence-enabled & Analytics based ecosystem for the entire primary healthcare segment, curated to meet the requirements of all stakeholders, right from marquee hospitals, specialty polyclinics, state-of-the-art diagnostic centers and chain pharmacies to individual patients and their families, standalone pharmacy personnel as well as private clinics of medical practitioners.

With business intelligence and big data analytics instilled in every working component of the platform, Medify intends to enable the every strata of primary healthcare providers via its wide array of offerings ranging from Hospital & Clinic Software as well as Machine Learning based Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Dashboards to Mobile Apps for Stakeholders, Healthcare Providers & Patients along with CRM Tools that automate engagement, WhatsApp communication and follow-up workflows completely.

Key Offerings:

Medical Practitioners & Diagnosticians can set their slots for appointments, maintain all of their diagnoses, reports and clinical documentation on the platform, as well as profile patients based on their medical histories and vital medical information. Medical Practitioners & Diagnosticians can connect with, track the progress of and follow up with their Patients, while also collaborating with Retail Pharmacies on the dispensation of drugs and medicines.

Retail Pharmacies are enabled with enhanced workflows via integrations with their pharmacy software, providing analytics, tracking and insights on their Sales, Inventory, Purchases and Patients. They further have the benefit of establishing and expanding their online businesses by providing doorstep deliveries and special offers to all of their walk-in as well as e-commerce Patients. The platform further enhances retention by offering the capability to set a custom loyalty program.

Patients are able to effortlessly access all of their medical records electronically, which precludes the need to maintain and produce hefty files while visiting a Medical Practitioner or Diagnostician. Medify enables them to book appointments with their medical practitioners or diagnosticians, virtually order medicines from their choice of Retail Pharmacies which provide curated discounts and loyalty benefits to all such Patients ordering through the platform. In cases of urgency, Patients can easily communicate with the concerned Medical Practitioner, Diagnostician or Retail Pharmacy through the platform.

To optimise the management of an entire family's medical dependencies, Patients can maintain accounts for all their family members through a single primary account, and avail all the features of Medify for their dependents, all through this single primary account.
