The app is not upgrading my account into premium subscription

Whenever i try to upgrade my subscription and pay the required fees, an error occur and my payment method is refused… I tried to get in contact with the support team and they know that there is a problem in the app and they aren’t fixing it for 3 months now.

Lose of data and money

I have used the app for a year , I updated it then every thing was gone my favorites and saved . i fild bad so I told them they replied we are sorry our mistake !! WTF

جيد جدا ولكن

برنامج حلووو ، لكنه مهمل من سنه ماتحدث ، وفي معلومات وGuide lins جديده ، ف لازم من تعديل وتحديث بعض المعلومات.

I’ve subscribed in premium version for more support but the App lack so many options and not up-to-date in pricing
