Medisafe Pill Reminder

Been using this app for years, fantastic app with great features. But recently they have decided to put these features behind a subscription service, unfortunately I cannot afford this and will have to switch.

This is an essential and amazing app! Until, iOS update. Now, it sometimes opens or not!! What’s happened? I have tried everything my end DND off Focus remind me. Snooze for 1/2 hr. This app now hardly works I have to tap. Most of the time it just doesn’t open. Today, symptom- anything else to report is gone. I tried to get help online and it says page N/A. I have been using this app since 2018. Honestly, it is my favourite. Please help. My app doesn’t even look like the updated pictures. I already sent a message asking for help. I’m happy to pay the full subscription if that is the problem. Honestly, it absolutely was the best app.

You have got to be kidding!! Go f#%€ yourselves. Deleted and moved on.

I have been using this app for many years, loved it for tracking my medications and especially my medical flare ups that coincide with medication use. Now it is such a shame that it is suddenly subscription-based if you have more than 2 medications. Who the hell have less than 2 medications. I take 3 everyday and that’s not including my PRN medication. I wish the price was more reasonable, like a once off fee to buy the app. I don’t want to be paying all the time just to add another expense on the cost of living. Subscription-based culture is why people are drowning to today’s society.

to unlock more than TWO medications to manage, you now need to PAY for a SUBSCRIPTION to USE the APP at ALL to ANY efficiency. It’s totally ruined to another capitalist CEO who doesn’t care about people who need medication and charges them more money for REMINDERS. this is the worst change the app could have possibly made. “thanks for your understanding” was what they put in the email stating the change. NO I DONT UNDERSTAND. KEEP YOUR THANKS TO YOURSELF OR GET A BULLET.

I’ve used this app for years to track my medications, and for the powers that be to just decide to move to a paid subscription model is absolutely foul. I am a disabled pensioner and none of this is affordable for people in my position. Shame on you and your greedy practices. I would have paid a one off fee for this app happily, now I have migrated to a different app. Good riddance.

What happens to the people who previously paid for the premium version? Looks like just bad luck. Maybe a one time purchase like other companies do. There are some other good options out there people. Anyway after many years I’m out of here. Shame on you!

Suddenly wanting to charge for a previously free app, something as important as medications.

Was great to use for years BUT now you can track only two meds or subscribe. I’ve told the CEO I’m happy to pay a ONE OFF fee to use but I will not rent to use. I don’t appreciate the standover method used to get you to subscribe. Shame on you.
