Good app, bad management
This is a great app. Very flexible for users various needs. It is a shame however that for an app that was free they now charge so much for it. $0 to $120 a year is a lot of money especially for those who rely on the app due to various medical conditions that might limit their income. They say that they have 13,000,000 active users, that’s a lot of potential income “to support the ongoing costs of app development”. Shame on you to spring this on current users like you have.
Best Free App for keeping Me Alive Ever!
Medisafe Pill Reminder has been keeping me alive for these past 11 years as my Health has gotten steadily worse and my medications have become more and more in numbers. Without the Daily and then Hourly reminders take them, I wouldn’t be here. If I forget to take a dose, I get the reminder to let me know so I never miss a dose. No other free App does that and for this I am truly grateful as the cost of my medications are so expensive that sometimes I have to go without other things to afford them.
Used to be great
Used to be great. But now you have to pay to use it. I utilised this app after a surgery when I had lots of different medications I needed to take in my healing journey, it was really easy to track when and if I had taken pills while still coming out of the anaesthetic fog and being hopped up on painkillers. Also was finding it really great to help me remember to take my ongoing medication due to ADHD and obviously being quite forgetful. For some reason my account got wiped and so when I have resigned up now it has removed all my medications. When trying to add them all back in I can only put two medications in and to add more I have to pay to upgrade to the premium app!!! Guess I will have to find another app where I can actually add more than two medications because I can’t afford to pay a monthly fee for something like this.
Not what I hoped
Downloaded this app specifically because it has a pet feature, to track a pet’s meds between family members. We had hoped for an app that would synchronise on our different devices so that anyone could give Primrose her and everyone can see whether she has had it. Unfortunately it appears to to treat our dear Rottweiler as a person, and won’t let anyone but the primary account mark her meds as taken. Probably a fine app, but not ideal for us.
A life saver for managing meds
After an injury and prescribed multiple medications all at different times and doses, this App has been a life saver to be able to keep on track of what to take and when. It’s so easy to use.

I expected to receive some sort of alert sound, sending a txt doesn’t work for m
Excellent app
Love this app and would be stuck without it. Just needs a volume option on reminders. I’m busy listening to a podcast through my AirPods and suddenly Morgan Freeman is yelling at the top of his lungs. Can we sort a notification volume please?
