Bonne application
L’app est géniale, la narration est très positive! La seule chose que j’ajouterais à l’application pour qu’elle soit parfaite, c’est de la musique en arrière plan durant les méditations. Quand la voix demande de prendre le temps de se reposer, il n’y a pas de musique, ce qui fait un peu vide. Une musique ou juste un bruit ambiant relaxant durant le temps de relaxation serait génial ☺️

Je recommande vraiment cette application c’est la seul don j’ai vraiment confiance je n’arrivai plus a dormir maintenant je dors comme un bébé
Voix autoritaire
La voix utilisée sonne autoritaire, c'est assez perturbant pour de la méditation. Aussi, l'implication de la visualisation des couleurs dans les méditation est assez présente et je vois pas vraiment la science derrière. Enfin, le pricing est déraisonnable pour ce type d'application.
Sommeil
La voix est trop rapide et saccadé. Ça n’incite pas du tout au sommeil .
Bad deal
They offered 7 days free but they charged me the full price 80 ! No fair ! I prefer Calm app then this one.
Not good
I’ve tried a few apps for meditation before sleep and this one was the least effective. The persons voice wasn’t soothing or calming and the things she was saying to imagine wasn’t helping. Also had nightmares for the first time the 1 time I tried this app. Not for me.
SCAM
Just wanted to try 3 day trail and got charged for year!! Not happy with this app.
Awesome app!
It is very relaxing and most of the meditations are free and can make me sometimes fall asleep! I highly recommend this app if you are stressed, lonely and more!
